„We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!“

„We had a room on the first floor on the dock. Beautiful views and surprisingly quiet considering it was adjacent to a very active waterfront. The property is very central to the shops and restaurants in downtown Boothbay Harbor. The staff person who checked us in at a different property that was in common ownership recommend some excellent dining options. Checkout is at 10 am, which is a bit early compared to other places we have stayed at but it was manageable. We would stay there again without ...

„I will never go back there. I have rented many times thru VRBO for longer vacations and never had a problem. I decided to go thru VRBO to rent a 2 night stay in Maine and paid top dollar. There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay.“

„Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good.“

Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295).
