The space
For travelers who enjoy a modern and lavish lifestyle, we welcome you to Casa Pichirilo located in the coastal town of Ballenita. This stunning home is secluded from the noise and bustle of traffic yet close enough to everything one needs in this beautiful beach town. This luxurious residence offers privacy, comfort, stellar ocean views, and is conveniently located walking distance from restaurants, stores and the boardwalk. Shopping plazas with supermarkets, banks, and an assortment of stores is a short drive (taxi ride) away. You can spend your days soaking up the sun at nearby local beaches, or drive to other beautiful nearby beaches such as Salinas, Montañita and many others along the Ruta del Sol.
This immaculate 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home boasts 3,000 square feet of modern, well-appointed living space and features amenities like a spacious terrace with large hammocks, lounge chairs, air conditioning, as well as hot water. The great room area includes a spacious living room that offers large plush furnishings, a 65 inch HD Smart TV with IPTV service, and a DVD player. The great room also boasts a magnificent Dining area that features a large table for six (6) comfortably. Additional chairs are available if needed. The Dining area also has access to and from the back yard where you will find a terrace with its own BBQ area to enjoy with your friends and family. The backyard offers plenty of space to host large groups and events. And finally, the great room ends with a stunning kitchen equipped with modern appliances. It boasts lots of countertop space, numerous drawers and cabinets with all your kitchen’s necessities and utilities, and more importantly features a large island with seating for three (3) for a more intimate environment. The house also features a separate living room/theater area with its own 50 inch HD Smart TV, large plush seating, and a small refrigerator. Last but not least, our guests can spend their days or evenings relaxing and enjoying beautiful views like the sunset from the 2nd floor terrace. This large open area is perfect for gatherings and big groups, it has two large hammocks for anyone who needs to relax and unwind, and also includes a sitting area with outdoor furniture.
Casa Pichirilo can comfortably accommodate up to twelve (12) guests. Two Master Bedrooms each feature a King size bed and large dressers, while the remaining two bedrooms each boast both a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed and dressers, perfect for larger families and guests.
The house comes equipped with six Smart TVs which allow you to stream your favorite applications such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu. The entire property also has access to free High-Speed wireless Internet service via WiFi. And every room comes with ethernet jacks to hard wire your devices such as laptops or video game consoles should you feel the need to work or play from the comforts of your room. There is also a laundry room for your convenience with a full-size washer and dryer. The house also has a large driveway which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles easily.
