We are bestowed with a cozy double height basement equipped with two spectacular bedrooms and a TV lounge meant to enhance your entertainment. Next we have our first floor were you can enjoy of a spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen and a third bedroom with stunning colonial design. Our third floor offers a massive master bedroom with a marble designed bathroom, which walls were decorated with a local artist paintings. Through the room you will be able to access to a private inner terrace where you can enjoy of exterior furniture, charcoal BBQ and a spectacular Italian design dinning table. Last but not least, our last floor counts with a private roof terrace with pool and loft to watch the beautiful sunsets of Cartagena.

We are also equipped with the following amenities:

- Power Generator: In case of an electrical shut down in the city, our guests will never have to worry about this problem. This power plant uses a silent technology, so you will not even hear a sound.

- Air Conditioning: All of our floors and internal spaces are covered with last technology air conditioning devices.

- Internal Staff: The stay will include 2 staff workers that will be in charge of cleaning, maintenance and helping with the house services. They will have their own space separated in an additional basement. One of the staff members lives in the house, while the other one arrives from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
