In Ordnung aber nicht mehr. Der Preis ist zu teuer
Das Hotel ist relativ neu etwa 1-2 Jahre alt. Leider ist die Qualität der Hotel sehr schlächt. -Fast kein wasserdruck -Der Waschbeckenwasserhahn ist so locker das man angst hat er fällt ab -Die Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig schliessen. Die Fenster sind so billig produziert das der schliessmechanismus schon kaputt ist. -Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur auf niedriger stufe. -Das Hotel ist nicht schaal isoliert Der Preis von ca. 130 Euro pro nacht ist dadurch nicht gerechtfertigt. Die hygiene ist in Ordnung, das Zimmer wird auch jeden Tag gründlich geputzt. Der sand vom Strand war weg. Das hotel hat drei lifte für über 24 Stöcke, je höher man ist kann die wartezeit schon mal bis zu 15min gehen Ab 21:00 Uhr sollte man nicht mehr von der Historischen Altstadt zum Hotel laufen, es gibt auf dem weg ein paar gefährliche ecken. Aber am Tag ist das Ganze areal beim Strand entlang wo auch das Hotel liegt, sehr sicher. Sobalt man die nahen gebiete amador oder San Pedro läuft kann es etwas gefährlich sein. In allen ist mein Eindruck des Hotels durchzogen

Super Lage und sauberes Hotel!
Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und nur ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt und wir wurden mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Strandblick bekommen! Das W-Lan und die Klimaanlage haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Ebenso positiv war das die a la carte Preise der Speisen recht human waren und zum Teil sogar günstiger als in den Restaurants in der Altstadt. Für den Preis haben wir eindeutig mehr bekommen als wir erwartet haben. Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Hotel!

Stylisches Hotel direkt am Beach.
Das Hotel befindet sich etwas zwischen Altstadt und Flughafen. Es ist modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Von oben 13 Stock hat man eine tolle Sicht. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber ausreichend. Die Dusche mit dem Wasser von oben hat mur gefalle. Die Betten waren gut zum schlafen. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht so stylisch wie due Lobby aber dafür praktisch. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist üppig kostest aber 190K pesos und befindet sich im 2 Stock. Negative er nur, dass mich die Bedienung für eine Speise Penne Carbonara um Trinkgeld bat, obwohl dies auf der Rechnung schon ausgewiesen war. Als ich darauf hinwies war die sehr ruhig. Im Restaurant muss man gleich bezahlen, ein Anschreiben auf das Zimmer war nicht möglich. Englische Sprachkenntnisse im Restaurant leider Mangelware. Am Empfang würde jedoch Englisch gesprochen.

Está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno está bien, aunque podría tener algo más de variedad entre día y día. Tuve un daño con el sistema de acceso a la habitación y no lo pudieron reparar porque en el horario que sucedió, la persona no estaba, sin embargo, me dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación.

El aspecto del exterior e interior del hotel terrible, el ascensor no lo habían barrido hace días, las manos están impregnadas en las puertas y paredes. Algunos huéspedes dejaban afuera los utensilios de comer en la puerta y no eran recogidas en todo el día. En el servicio de desayuno había cabellos, al avisar al empleado ni se inmutó, con el dedo quitó el cabello.

It is Ibis, so the standards are as expected. Worth the money. Outside the Old City in a boring area but walking distance to fun. The main issue for us was that you can’t open any windows to get fresh air. You rely on the air conditioning. That wasn’t enough for us. The air in the room felt stagnant in the mornings.

Nice hotel and reasonable value. Over all clean and the staff is very nice and tries the best to accommodate clients. Language barrier is less of an issue than other places in Colombia, many of the staff speak enough english to get by (I also used my very basic Spanish a few times). A few areas of the hotel could use some love (like the spaced tiles on the room floor) but nothing major that would affect your stay. They gave me a Late check-out at 2PM without having to beg (it is probably subject to availability so don't take it for granted). The breakfast is quite generous with a nice variety. In summary, it is a clean safe and reasonably priced hotel, Great option for visiting Cartagena (less the 3$ Uber or a 25 minute walk) without being inside of the Cartagena madness.

For the price , the hotel is not worth it. The rooms smell at night you can clearly hear other people using their toilets. AC barely works and rooms are way too small and outdated.
