Nevada Day family visit
Lovely spacious property. With prompting from my 2.5 yr old grandson, we came to refer to it as the “adventure house”. Sleeps 6, orang necessarily seat 6. Centrally located.

Cute townhouse!
I'll start with the bad, the taste bedroom bed was like sleeping on a rock with concrete pillows. I barely slept which sucked because we were there for a dance competition. My daughter said her bed was comfortable. We didn't try out much of the other furniture. Personally we don't think the maids did that great of job as there was food crusted in the fridge. We didn't use the fridge but saw it when inspecting everything per the agreement to stay. Otherwise it was great. AWESOME location. We already said if the beds get changed we will do 2 nights to be able to enjoy downtown Carson with other dance families after the competition. The townhouse is a 5 minute walk to the hall the competition is held at so that is another huge plus for us! It was a very quiet neighborhood! The communication was great even when we had trouble getting the door unlocked to check out!

Property says equipped for 8.
The property was clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 8 of us in our group. Because we were coming here for the Thanksgiving holiday, I packed a lot of extra items such as a table, 4 extra chairs, dishes, utensils, appliances, blankets, etc. It was a good thing I did because the dining table is small, only big enough for 4 maximum but only had 2 chairs. The bar in the kitchen could fit 4 if there were 4 bar stools, but there were only two. So if I hadn't brought my table and 4 chairs we would not have had enough seating for dinner. Same goes for the rest of the supplies I packed. I needed everything I brought, so if you come as a large group be prepared to bring your own supplies. We even had to use the extra blankets I brought. Other than that it is a nice place to stay and I am glad it was available to us.
