Wir sind an der Ecke von Sandyland Road und Elm St. im La Cabana-Komplex, direkt gegenüber vom Strand.

Wir kümmern uns akribisch um diese Wohnung und richten sie so ein, wie wir es von zu Hause gewohnt sind, da wir hier manchmal gerne selbst bleiben.

Unsere Einheit ist eine komplett und wunderschön renovierte 2-Zi-Wohnung in einem ruhigen Komplex - Pergo-Böden, Granitplatten, neu gestrichenes Himmelblau, neuer Fliesenboden im Badezimmer. Es ist voller Licht und ist friedlich und komfortabel.

Über die Straße gelangen Sie zum Carpinteria Beach, einem der schönsten und saubersten Strände an der South Central Coast.

Wir haben ein ganzjährig beheiztes Schwimmbad im Komplex, schöne Landschaftsgestaltung, Gasgrill, und der Komplex ist sorgfältig gepflegt.

Das Naturschutzgebiet ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und bietet hervorragende Vogelbeobachtungsmöglichkeiten. Die Robbenkolonie ist am Strand. Delfine und Wale schwimmen vor der Küste. Carpinteria ist eine schöne Stadt am Strand mit guten Restaurants, Geschäften, Parks, Künstlerläden, Antiquitätengeschäften und palmengesäumten Straßen.

Santa Barbara ist 15 Minuten auf RT. 101, mit vielen Familienaktivitäten und Attraktionen: Geschäfte; Zoo; botanische Gärten; Fahrradwege; Wassersport, Kunstmuseum, Naturkundemuseum. Summerland ist eine großartige Stadt in der Nähe für Antiquitäten und viele Weingüter sind in der Nähe.

Great week here in Carp

We recently stayed at this property for a week while attending a UCSB graduation, and our experience was nothing short of perfect. The location was ideal, allowing us to walk everywhere – from the grocery store and restaurants to trails overlooking the ocean and, most importantly, the beach. At low tide, we enjoyed an incredible 8-mile roundtrip walk on the beach, passing the seal sanctuary when the seals were out to sea.The accommodations were excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with common staples like salt, sugar, and olive oil, which made our stay even more convenient. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and even cooked a few dinners, satisfying our college kid's craving for home-cooked meals. The property’s pool and laundry facilities were also a great bonus and were frequently used. I can't speak to the tv as we didn't turn it on the entire time. Communication with the owner was superb. He was very responsive and even came to assist us when we had trouble with the door keypad.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return if we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in all of the condo complexes now on Sandyland over the years and this unit and spot is now top of my list. The rental has everything you need and feels like a true home away from home. Love when the pantry has the essentials like oils, salt pepper spices etc. The unit feels well loved and taken care of. Walk everywhere. Pool was heated to perfection. And the beds were ultra comfortable. The host was super responsive and I know we’ll be back. My only tip would be to bring your own beach chairs and boogie boards. While the owner did provide them in the unit, the boards werent usable and the chairs were really well worn.

This two bedroom condo is immaculate and the location is outstanding. There’s a lovely quiet pool right outside the front door and the beach is a one min walk away. You can also walk into town in five minutes and there’s lots of restaurants and little shops. We had a delicious dinner at Dom’s and went into Santa Barbara most days. I only wish I lived here!
