This second row, second-floor corner unit nestled between the canal and the ocean boasts both an ocean and canal view, short walk to the boardwalk, plus the sound of crashing waves to live up to its name!
Just a 90-second walk across the street to the uncrowded beach, this tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo provides accommodations for up to five guests, parking for two, and pool access. Guests are also provided outdoor storage and use of the outdoor shower.
The entry invites you to an open living room with a cozy sectional couch, cable TV, and Wi-Fi access. Make your way to the deck for a view of the ocean - a rare advantage for a second-row condo! You’ll enjoy the salty breezes as your family gathers for evening meals at the outdoor table for four, with two additional seats on the side. Wall-side storage for surfboards, paddle boards, and other water gear is provided on the main deck.
A fully equipped kitchen adorned with matching stainless-steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker (keurig but drip available) and toaster are available. As you continue down the hallway, you’ll find the remaining rooms in the condo - two bedrooms and a hall bathroom. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of TVs and ceiling fans in both bedrooms! The bedroom nearest the kitchen includes a twin/full bunk bed with additional storage under the bed. Next, you’ll find the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stackable washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway lies the master bedroom with a queen bed and views of the canal off the private deck. A private bathroom is also included in the master, with a stand-up shower. HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all house rules:

* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your account and a picture of it sent to the host.
* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.
* Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed.
* 5 people max
* No parties
* Only 2 vehicles are permitted to park on the property.
* No pets + No smoking due to allergies - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.
