Along with full access to the condo, guests will have 2 assigned off-street parking spaces as well as access to the pool (open seasonally), docks for fishing and water sports, and grills in the common areas. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything with a mix of vacationers and year-round residents living in the building and area.
