Newly remodeled with LVP flooring throughout and stunning new kitchen countertops, this quaint third (top) floor condo will beckon you home after a relaxing day on the beach or fishing from the pier. There's a King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen sleeper soda in the living area. Maybe best of all, this little gem has a bath and a half! We've even included a Twin roll away just in case you need sleeping for 5. The kitchen is well equipped for the meals you make at home, but don't miss out on some of the local flavors while you are here. If you don't get some Britt's donuts, you'll regret it later.

The Sun Skipper condominium building is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, near the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park - where you can drive on the beach! The complex sports two swimming pools and beach access is just steps away.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Occupancy 5:
Stay Requirements: Any Turn Day. Minimum two night stay.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, 1 Twin Roll Away
Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Spaces are not assigned.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  

Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
