Pleasure Pointe is the place to be this summer with its ocean views, relaxing deck space, and beach access just across the street! This duplex has three levels of space for everyone to enjoy and has ample parking in two driveways.

The first level hosts two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the laundry area. The first bedroom has a full sized bed. The second bedroom is coastal chic and has a Queen bed.

As you make your way to the second floor, you will find three additional bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. The third bedroom has bunk beds (Twin/ Full), a small desk, and access to the outdoor deck. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed with a tv in the room and deck access. The fifth and primary bedroom has a King bed, spacious en suite with a double vanity, and access to the outdoor deck as well.

The third level of the home encompasses the common spaces including the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Beautiful blue tile catches your attention in the kitchen with upgraded appliances and countertops. The kitchen island allows for additional seating with four barstools. There is also a half bath available on this level. Lastly, the outdoor deck provides a perfect place to view the ocean and listen to the crashing of the waves.

While staying in Kure Beach you will enjoy expansive, white sand beaches and wonderful restaurants like Freddie's, Big Daddy's and Jack Mackerel's. Bring a rod and try your luck fishing from the Kure Beach Pier, or explore the historic Fort Fisher and imagine yourself protecting the precious dunes. Don't miss the NC Aquarium where you can walk through various ecosystems and see what lurks beneath our waters. You can also easily take a short drive up to Carolina Beach for the free fireworks on the beach each Thursday and stick around for carnival rides and maybe a sweet treat on the Boardwalk. No matter what you do, you are sure to fall in love with Pleasure Island.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
