Your group gets the entire first-floor apartment: 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, made for family getaways, trips with friends and, yes, the pups too.

Enjoy your own entrance, indoor living spaces and first-floor balconies. The apartment does not connect inside to the upstairs apartment. The pool, partially fenced yard, outdoor shower, exterior seating, charcoal grill and other ground-level outdoor amenities are shared with Apartment B guests (floors 2 and 3). Exterior stairs lead to Unit A; the elevator serves Unit B only.

Expect more activity during summer and holiday weekends, with a quieter pace in fall. Canal Drive can occasionally experience street flooding during heavy rain or unusually high tides. Access may be temporarily affected while the water recedes.

PARKING & GETTING AROUND
• Park in Lane A only
• Space for 3 cars, or 2 cars plus 1 rental golf cart
• Tandem parking: cars park one behind another. Leaving may take teamwork and a friendly `can you move your car?`
• We`re roughly 1 mile north of the center of town. After crossing Snow`s Cut Bridge, continue to Carl Winner Drive, turn left, then turn left onto Canal Drive
• The beach is easy to reach on foot; a car or rental golf cart is convenient for groceries and exploring
• Uber and Lyft are options; availability varies
• The NC Transporter and Carolina Limo advertise private airport transfers serving Carolina Beach vacation rentals. Reserve ahead and confirm pickup at 1206 Canal Drive directly with the provider

• For safety, there are three exterior security cameras: one on the roof facing the pool, one above garage door A and one above garage door B overlooking the carport area. Cameras are on during stays

SAFETY & PROPERTY DISCLOSURES
• Must climb stairs: You must walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment.
• Pool and nearby water: There is a pool in the backyard and it is a short walk to the beach or the canal.
• Security cameras: For safety, there are three exterior security cameras: one on the roof facing the pool, one above garage door A and one above garage door B overlooking the carport area.
• Shared spaces: Pool, partially fenced yard, outdoor shower, exterior seating, and charcoal grill areas are shared with guests renting the upstairs unit (B) on floors 2 and 3. No elevator access.

EASY CHECKOUT
Start the dishwasher, take out the trash, and we`ll do the rest—no stripping beds.

The guest who booked the reservation is responsible for making sure everyone in the group—including visitors, children, and the registered dog—follows these rules. Charges may apply for damage, missing items, guest-caused service calls, or cleaning beyond a typical stay.

✔ Booking Rules
Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the full reservation. No third-party bookings. All overnight guests and pet(s) must be listed on reservation.

✔ Guest Limit
Maximum occupancy is 9 people, including children. Visitors also count toward this limit.

✔ No Parties
Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not allowed. Excessive noise, disruptive activity, or having more people at the property than approved will be considered a party and a house-rule violation.

✔ Elevator Safety
✦ Do not use the elevator during storms, flickering lights, unstable power, possible outages, or if there is smoke or fire. Please use the stairs instead.
✦ Before touching the sliding door to exit to exit, wait for the elevator button light to turn off, as shown on the posted sign.
✦ Children may not operate the elevator and must be assisted by an adult.
✦ Do not force the doors, tamper with the controls, or misuse the elevator.
✦ Maximum capacity is two adults and no more than 500 pounds total.
✦ Never attempt to exit between floors.
