Welcome to “ON THE ROCKS,” offering oceanfront, unobstructed, million-dollar views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom!

Just one flight of stairs takes you to this first-floor end unit, where you’re so close to the ocean you may not get your steps in for the day. Head out on the private patio with your morning coffee to take in the beautiful sunrise, or enjoy the moonrise and star-filled sky at night. Crack open a window in the bedroom to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The kitchen is designed so you can enjoy ocean views while prepping meals or heating leftovers. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large vanity, and full-size washer and dryer. Garage space is provided for your beach toys, bikes, and chairs.

Seascape is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, one block from Freeman Park (drive your 4WD on the beach) and the North End Pier, where you can dine at the restaurant or tiki bar. Beach access is close by, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime. You’ll also be just minutes from Carolina Beach’s finest dining and entertainment.

The condo complex features a community grill/picnic area and a gated swimming pool.

We loved this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and close proximity to the beach access. When we arrived around 4:30 the WiFi connection was not working. We reached out to our contact and she immediately contacted the owner who was quick to come over and change out the router and made sure everything was working. We would definitely come back in the future and recommend it to our friends.

What can I say that I didn’t mention already in my previous review following our stay one year ago? I can say that we enjoyed our stay this time around even more than last year because we had even more appreciation for being able to vacation from the same wonderful location again. Sheila is ultra responsive and helpful. The condo is perfect for a couple just looking for a nice getaway to enjoy the beach. It was very clean- like it was for our previous stay, and we loved the beach cart! We used it everyday to carry our chairs, cooler, and Shibumi shade! We will certainly book it again in the future!

Solid stay

Condo was clean, well organized, and the ocen view was spectacular. Host was very responsive and accomodating. The only knock for us is that we thought we would have walk out to beach access from the property and you have to go down the street a bit to access the beach, but it wasnt too bad.

Lovely spot! Beautiful view

Clean and compact. Just right for what I needed. It would have been nice to have a few hospitality provisions, but the property was in great condition and everything was lovely. The host accomodated my special requests and was very kind and responsive.

Nice Property

This condo was nice and the view was beautiful. My only issue was the linen had stains, was thin and cheap and i had to make the bed myself. The TV in the bedroom was the size of a small computer monitor and the sofa sinks super deep in the middle and should be replaced.

Great location, very quiet!

We really enjoyed our stay here, The place was very clean and cozy with a great view. It’s probably the closest to the water I’ve ever stayed! Communication was great, instructions were all clear with no issues, would definitely stay here again!

Great Location on the Water

Small, cozy condo right on the water. Arrived after 4:00 p.m. check-in time and had to contact property manager because there was work in progress on the bedroom window — no blinds, missing screens and damaged trim. Kitchen floors were dirty and bathroom had no bath soap. Property management company was able to rectify the window in the bedroom within about 90 minutes, but we didn’t want to be there or leave our stuff while that was happening. Would not return for another stay.

Quick getaway

Our family chose a quick getaway to Carolina Beach to spend the day on the beach with friends and we had a great time and the condo was the best place for us to spend our night and morning before heading back home. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat oceanfront

Had a great time having a day away at Sheila's place. The condo was clean and offered a wonderful view of the ocean. Location was great as it was only a block to the pier and a short walk to the 4x4 park which offers miles of sand to stroll on. Hope to return one day!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nicely updated and comfy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the rocks and ocean. Not much of a beach this time of year apparently but the deck made up for that! Had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend!
