- The property is a duplex.; you will be sharing a wall with neighbors. Please be considerate.
- Parking spots will be in the designated driveway. Two vehicles fit easily in our section of the driveway and one in the garage. No parking on the grass or neighbor's home.
- As Doggie Friendly as we are, you must take care of your pet, inside and outside. Please reconsider bringing your pet if there are anxiety issues with him/her being left alone.
