„The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street. “

„The booking was easy and the house was welcoming and spacious for our family reunion. It comfortably fit 10 of us; the large dining table perfectly accommodated everyone and there was plenty of seating in the living room for a movie or game night. The kids loved the ping pong and mini billiard table. We only had three cars, but could have fit at least two more in the driveway. We recommend this rental! “

„Die Scheune ist ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll hergerichtet und sehr schön dekoriert. Es ist sehr viel Platz. Unsere Söhne hatten viel Spass beim Tischfussball und haben Billiard gelernt. Die Feuerstelle draussen war sehr gemütlich, da es abends immer etwas kühler wurde. Man erreicht viele schöne Plätze um Carmel herum sehr gut. Zum Point Lobos kann man sogar laufen, der Parkeingang ist nur wenige Meter von der Scheune entfernt. Rich ist sehr nett und hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge ...

„Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will ...

„The River House is as advertised, well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, peaceful with a hot tube and the sound of a river which you can walk down too. It was much further away in terms of time than I expected. Although not too far in terms of distance, the road to the house is VERY twisty, and since we were in a rental car, took it slowly, easily taking an hour or more to and from Monterey. That was a big chunk of the day. “

„We recently stayed at this rustic rental home by the river, and it was exactly what we needed for a quiet, nature-filled escape. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful setting with the soothing sound of the river just steps away. „Checkin was convenient and easy.House centrally located and close to the beach. The listing states there were 3 bedrooms but the third “bedroom” is an office with an uncomfortable pullout couch bed that had dirty sheets. We had to wash the bedding before use. The neighborhood is currently under construction but was only heard on the weekdays. Overall it was a really nice place that was comfortable with a really large kitchen and lounge area. “
