„Strong communication throughout with the hosts so there were no surprises. The location is amazing right across from the beach with a great view of sunset. Lots of little amenities within the house showing the amount of thought and care put in for guests to maximize stay. The place is very spacious as we had 9 in beds (6 adults; 3 toddlers), and one in a pack and play, and we all had plenty of space. Highly recommend for those going to Carlsbad.“

„Wonderful stay overall. Clean rooms and property in a fantastic location. We were in one of the top floor units, only minor complaint was the shared balcany lacked a bit of privacy with only a small partial wall. Also, master bedroom lack outlet for charging on both sides of bed. Other than that, wonderful stay and would certainly recommend highly.“

„We snuck away for a few days to this beautiful property, wish we could have stayed longer. Really, there is nothing like being right on the beach, watching the waves from our spacious balcony. We walked to great restaurants, and totally enjoyed the vibe of this laid back beach town, especially after over a year stuck in the house.“

„Cathy great to work with but we got a less than ideal location with view of a street and stop sign. I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations.
