Excellent hotel! Very clean, the staff was super helpful, the breakfast good. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed and easy for even a family of 4 to be comfortable! Free parking, always nice. A quick drive to Legoland. Would highly recommend for famllies!

Our stay was quite enjoyable. Very clean, wonderful staff. Wendy at the front desk went above & beyond in accommodating us. Very good people skills, courteous, answered all my questions. Can't say there was anything we disliked.

The place is spacious, super clean, complete with refrigerator, microwave and kitchen. Bathroom large and super clean. Staff friendly, helpful and pool heated and clean. Loved the place.

I have been traveling a lot recently and this hotel was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I checked every corner in the bathroom and bedroom and I was so surprised not one weird stain or anything. I was completely comfortable. I would stay here again. And you should stay here too.

Over all, it was good place to stay. One thing, i was not happy with cleaness. Bathtub and bathroom area had some hairs when i get there at first, so i cleaned up and used it. Otherwise, it was good.

Very Sorry that you had to cancel your reservation. Since it was through Expedia you did need to contact them as well. We did not charge you or Expedia for the cancellation so we did our part.

It is clean . I had to wait an extra hour for check in because they had no staff to get the room ready on time. I then had to ask for clean pillow cases because they were not changed.
