It was a warm day so quite hot inside but we spent time outside in the huge gardens, the bar was open and we sat next to the river. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit and proper butchers sausages! Overall the property has seen better days, I guess this is reflected in a lower than average room price for the area. „The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. „Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. “

Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. „I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.“

„There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . „Good location, parking was plentiful and appeared safe. Hotel room was clean as were the linens and towels however our room was above the bar and you could hear people chatting downstairs. The shower was small but functional, although the shower door was broken. Corridors to the rooms were tired and needed some tlc.
