Unwelcoming & unhelpful, clean but not boutique!
Information on booking said open from 12, tried to check-in at 14:30. Hotel was closed & had sent a separate message saying different times to check-in, we didn’t receive it. Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit. No mirror other than the small bathroom one. Twin beds only, which is hard to understand when the bathroom door is glass & doesn’t shut properly so quite uncomfortable even for a couple! No answer to calls to confirm. The frosty check-in when we did arrive was followed by a night searching for the only restaurant open that night - the hotel didn’t give any information at all. Not a hotel or town we’ll stay at again, we’ve never been anywhere so rude & unwelcoming (& we speak Spanish!) especially on a day hosting a La Vuelta stage finish.

Hello Señor Stuart,Thanks for your kind comments.You should have gone through the hotel check in policy before affirming so in such disrespectful manners:The registration time is from 12’00 to 14’00 / 16’00 to 22’00. and it is clearly stated in the policy of your reservation, so please read it the next time.Of course if you were not happy with your room, you could have ask our staff to change to another room and would have habe gotten an upgrade, even though the one booked was the cheapest rate.However we remain at your disposal.Kind regards

Wow - we liked this one!
This is a true gem! Are you staying in Caravaca this is the perfect hotel for best location, genuine surroundings in the old city and wow such a lovely couple who runs it! They have made every detail of the hotel to perfection, very cozy and warm feeling about it! If we are coming back we definitely will stay here again!

This was an adorable boutique hotel owned by a cute husband and wife. The hotel looked recently remodeled and was beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings.

Great choice in Caravaca Old Town
Stayed here for a night with my family and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is a beautifully renovated building in a lovely part of the old town. The rooms are quite simple but immaculate and spotlessly clean. Service was very good and breakfast was excellent.

En referencia al comentario acerca del baño, permítame comentarle que parte del encanto de nuestro hotel, reside en que es un edificio antiguo, rehabilitado y ello implica que hay estancias con diferentes medidas y consiguientemente, el tamaño del baño es proporcional a las mismas; queremos indicarle, que tenemos habitaciones de hasta 27 metros de superficie, especialmente las que cuentan con vistas a la fachada principal de la Iglesia del Salvador y a la Basílica Santuario de la Vera Cruz, con terrazas y patios privados, en éstas los cuartos de baño son, por tanto, algo más amplios. Esperamos poderle ofrecer una de estas habitaciones en su próxima visita. Nos hubiese gustado poder atender su consulta durante su estancia, siendo lo deseable que usted lo hubiese comunicado en Recepción y hubiésemos procedido inmediatamente a ofrecerle otra opción de alojamiento.
