„The property is great. The view stunning. I would stay again. The lani screen needs repair and the fan doesn’t work which is a bug issue. If I stayed again I would ask that this be addressed. But it didn’t effect the overall stay!“

„We had 2 couples, and we loved the bungalow. It was perfect for the access to the beach, the open floor plan, and access to the rest of the island. We rented a golf cart, which was a fun way to explore Captiva. We also rented bikes with the easy access to the bike trails. We pushed the twin beds together and used it for one of the couples. Great house and location. Very quick communication from the property owner. “

„The unit was as advertised with the exception of a missing blender. When I contacted Marcus (the host) he responded immediately and gave us the go ahead to purchase a new one and reimbursed me as soon as I sent him the receipt.The unit was well stocked and even had a washer/dryer in the unit. Comfy mattress and really clean and well-maintained unit. I would definitely rent this again. “

„Great location and house was very clean. Appreciated the lawn chairs and umbrellas as we were flying so very convenient. Easy access to the beach for the teens and guys fished off the pier. Worked well for a 3 family vacation with teens .Also host was very responsive to our inquiries ,“

„Loved Captiva and overall property. Clean. Well kept. The unit overlooks mangroves. Short drive to beach villas where you can park for beach. Beach was amazing. Seashells everywhere, almost no waves, not crowded and peaceful. “
