Sunset Captiva 10 - Private home just steps to the beach

Sunset Captiva 10 ~ A completely updated two bedroom/two and one half bathroom stilted private home within the Sunset Captiva community. Our community has great amenities including an expansive heated pool, bbq grills, tennis court and even boat dockage across the street on the bayside (inquire with office). Our home has been completely updated with a full kitchen that has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your entire family during your stay. Spacious living room, screened lanai with comfortable seating and a half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and king sized bed. There's a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and also an en-suite bathroom. There's an open deck off both bedrooms to lounge. A great feature upstairs is on the landing area is a custom bunk bed for the kids. As our location is superb, you are in the heart of the Captiva Village area allowing you to park your car at the home and walk to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants.
