Das South Seas 2527 befindet sich im Bereich der Beach Villas des South Seas Resort. Der Golf von Mexiko und der Pool können von der privaten Veranda aus angesehen werden. Diese komfortable Einheit verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt einen Innen- und einen Außen-Esstisch für Ihren Genuss. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher werden mit diesem Gerät bereitgestellt, da die Resort-Annehmlichkeiten nicht verfügbar sind, wenn Sie über einen Eigentümer mieten. Sie haben Zugang zum Strand, zum Pool und zu den Grillmöglichkeiten an der Vorderseite des Geräts. Grillwerkzeuge befinden sich in der Einheit.

BETTWÄSCHE FÜR SOFABETT - Alle Betten befinden sich im obersten Regal des Schranks im Hauptschlafzimmer.
AC / SLIDER - Bitte lassen Sie den Schieberegler bei laufender AC nicht offen. Es ist am besten, die Klimaanlage in den heißesten Monaten laufen zu lassen und den Schieberegler geschlossen zu lassen.
MÜLL - Am anderen Ende des Bodens und am unteren Ende der Treppe unter dem Gebäude befinden sich Mülleimer. Bitte deponieren Sie überschüssigen Müll in diesen Behältern.
LEBENSMITTEL - Bevor Sie nach Sanibel kommen, gibt es einen Wal-Mart und ein Publix-Lebensmittelgeschäft. Auf Sanibel gibt es Jerry's und Bailey's, beide haben eine schöne Auswahl an bereits zubereiteten Lebensmitteln sowie Standardlebensmittelgeschäftspreise. Bailey's bietet Online-Bestellungen und Lebensmittellieferungen an. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden auf der anderen Straßenseite des Resorts, in dem es Sandwiches und Getränke, aber nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Lebensmitteln gibt. Natürlich werden die Lebensmittel auf der Insel viel teurer sein als die Lebensmittel auf dem Festland.
BAUERNMARKT - Von November bis April veranstaltet Captiva auf dem Parkplatz am Eingang zur Südsee einen Bauernmarkt. Der Markt ist dienstags von 9 bis 13 Uhr geöffnet. Sanibel veranstaltet jeden Sonntag von Oktober bis Mai einen Bauernmarkt in der 800 Dunlop Rd in Sanibel.
WÄSCHEREI - Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im ersten Stock in der Nähe der Treppe. Dies sind geldbetätigte Automaten, die 2,50 USD pro Ladung für Waschmaschine oder Trockner kosten und nur Quartale benutzen. Bitte lassen Sie alle schmutzigen Handtücher, einschließlich Strandtücher, beim Auschecken in der Badewanne.

The property was beautiful with a direct view of the gulf and spectacular sunsets from the unit balcony. There was also a nice pool between the unit and the ocean and a boardwalk out to the beginning of the beach which was very nice. The unit itself was very clean and everything was as advertised and I was able to access the apartment directly with the code provided by Elizabeth. It was not necessary to stop in an office on arrival or departure. Elizabeth was also very responsive to any questions I had and offered some good tips for the area. The unit is located very near the entrance of the resort which made it an easy walk to Captiva's main drag of Andy Rosse Lane. If you are after the Captiva experience this is a great place to stay. On the other side if you think Sanibel and Captiva are basically the same, they aren't. Captiva is a great little beach town, very condensed and walkable. Sanibel Island, which is right next to Captiva Island separated by a small bridge, is much larger, generally not walkable but with bike trails all over the island and many natural areas, such as Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and gulf side beaches. The drive from the resort in Captiva to Ding Darling NWR is 20 minutes and most Sanibel shops and restaurants are still farther. With that said this WAS a great place to stay in Captiva!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Always clean and well equipped with all you need. Great communication with the agent. Staff have been working hard to come back from the hurricanes and it shows. We will definitely be back.

My spouse and I have stayed here several times and always have a great stay! The condo is always clean and well-stocked with everything we’d need; tons of towels, soap, cooking supplies, and beach chairs/umbrellas. The screened balcony is a perfect place to relax after returning from the beach, too.

The property is beautiful, clean, well-supplied and perfectly located on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Although renters cannot use the resort’s amenities (including restaurants), the host has supplied great beach chairs, umbrellas and toys so that’s not an issue. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s not possible to adjust the temperature of the unit yourself. I’ve never encountered this before. As northerners starved for fresh air, we would have loved to turn the unit off in order to open the sliding door to the breeze and sound of the surf. Excellent stay, though, even so.

This is a nice old style 1 bedroom condo/apt. It only has a view on one large sliding glass door, but it is a great view. There is also a nice lanai with the same beautiful view. There are no laundry facilities in the apt., but there are one available in the building. The location is perfect, if you like to walk on the beach. It is not a crowded area right now, as many units and other houses are under construction. Shop before you get there, so you can spend your time on the beach, instead driving to get groceries. Elizabeth is an excellent host. She friendly, responsive and informative.

The apartment has a perfect location. We enjoyed the space and the amenities like very comfortable king size bed, beautiful decoration, spacious patio with ocean view. The apartment is very well and generously equipped like a lots of towels and kitchen ware. The apartment is a part of a beautiful gated vacation community. We highly recommend booking this unit and also look forward to our return.

We loved our stay at Captiva! It was truly a vacation in paradise. We recognize there was some construction from the storms, but we focused on the beauty of the beach, the wildlife, the sunsets, the shells, and the water. Our meals at area restaurants were amazing! It was truly an amazing trip. Our villa was very clean, well-stocked, and we did not want the long weekend to end.

This property was beautifully located and perfectly maintained. We were comfortable and enjoyed this perfectly stocked condo. It had everything one could possibly want. It was lovely inside and out. We enjoyed the view and the comfortable balcony for eating and relaxing. Being fully screened was a bonus. Living in Florida, we expect a lot for our coastal get-aways, and this property was a win. We look forward to a return stay!

My husband and I have stayed here twice, and have really enjoyed our time here each time. The condo is always clean and well-stocked when we arrive, and it was especially convenient to have beach umbrellas and chairs provided so we didn’t have to pay to rent them elsewhere. The screened porch faces west so the sunset views are great. It’s a treat to watch the pelicans and other seabirds flying right by the balcony! The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and there are several excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We definitely recommend this unit and appreciate the owner always being so communicative!

This sweet island is still recovering from the hurricane, but is still a charming little place to visit the seashore and of course pick up a “few” seashells. There are plenty of wonderful places to eat and shop. This little condo had everything you will need to enjoy your time on the island. The complex pool was awesome. Everything was clean and the hostess responded quickly to our messages.

We've been coming to Captiva for the last ten years staying in various condos in the same area. You can't beat the location, steps from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. Just park the car and enjoy! Although all the places we've stayed are very nice I would say this one has been the best. Very tastefully decorated along with everything you need for your stay. We were there for ten days and Elizabeth made sure we had plenty of towels, even for the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in good shape. Most places we've stayed they've been old and rusty with pieces of broken umbrellas. Especially the condos listed as luxury... There was no need to reach Elizabeth as everything was perfect! Would highly recommend this unit!

We just spent a perfect week at this lovely beachside condo. It was spotlessly clean, the furnishings appeared new and the king bed and pull out couch were super comfortable. This unit has everything you need and conveniently located close to town. Absolutely no complaints!! The beach is gorgeous and we enjoyed finding shells in the morning and beautiful sunsets from the porch in the evening. We rented bikes and had a super fun time riding around town and to the local restaurants RC Otters, Mucky duck and the fabulous farmers market on Tuesday! The host was really responsive and we had an easy time checking in and out. Will definitely be back!!

Liz's condo is refurbished with high end finishes that match the lovely view of the Pacific. We especially loved the sliders that allowed us to have an indoor -outdoor feeling. She thoughtfully provided coffee and cream, salt and pepper and Kleenex. We appreciated the nearby grills and boardwalk to the beach. Nearby osprey nests added to our feeling that Captiva is on the mend. South Seas itself has a ways to go to provide a true resort experience but our goal to support the community we love was met and Liz's condo was a taste of what's to come.
