Private Residence
Beach House 33 is privately managed. Guests do not have access to the resort amenities, including resort pools, restaurants, trolley service, golf course, or beach/poolside seating.
Location Advantage
Enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants just outside the resort gates. Booking directly avoids resort fees and allows you to select your preferred unit.
Rental Terms
Weekly rentals are required, Saturday to Saturday.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.
Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.
