*While Marina Villa 705 is located near the gates of South Seas Island Resort, the Marina Villas are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee.! While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!

Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel by a small bridge, is 5 miles long; and Pine Island is 17 miles in length. Originally Captiva was part of Sanibel Island but when it was severed in 1926 by a hurricane's storm surge, Blind Pass was created separating the two islands.
