Self Catering Fully Equipped Cottage set in a leafy suburb

This newly renovated cottage is in a quiet suburb, close to public transport and major hospitals such as Constantiaberg Medi Clinic, Kingsbury, Tokai Melomed and Groote Schuur. We are 5 minutes from the Royal Cape Golf Course and very close to other popular golf courses such as Westlake and Rondebosch. Situated 10 minutes from the Constantia Wine Route and 20 minutes from the V&A Waterfront which is a day trip on it's own for any tourist visiting our City. Also close to most popular Beaches.

The cottage is an open-plan environment with a fully fitted kitchen, DSTV, Wi-Fi and access to a shared pool. Swimming towels are provided in the cottage. Guest also have the use of the barbeque facilities.

The bedroom hosts a queen size bed with luxury linen and lots of cupboard space to accommodate long stays.

There is a large en-suite bathroom hosting a spacious walk-in shower with all the little luxuries you might need during your overnight stay.
There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge that will accommodate 2 children (preferably between the ages of 3 - 15) for those not travelling alone or 1 additional adult.

We have a long well-lit secure driveway to the cottage and the guests will have their own allocated parking bay.

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats who will also greet you on arrival and love a good scratch now and then!

Cape Town is 17 km from the apartment, while Stellenbosch is 46 km from the property. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, 20 km from RAFTERS COTTAGE.
