A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Firdale Mews, 5 Firdale Road, Sea Point, 8005.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
