The Space:
Great location in the southern peninsula of Cape Town, 5 km from each of the two oceans, close to the Cape Point natural park. Convenient and comfortable, the villa is suitable up to 10 guests. We are proud to make for you style and luxus affordable.

The place is beautiful, spacious, mainly white, neat, but still cozy, with high quality furniture's, art works and modern features.
Two living rooms, kitchen fully equipped, dining area with big table inside, and outside as well in the veranda.
Aircon in each room (cooling and heating).
Nice garden with big pool, spa (pool and spa closed between 10 Pm and 6 AM), lounge beds and lounge seats. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Barbecue charcoal.

WIFI with unlimited internet, premium sound system accessible from your phone, Spotify, Netflix, YouTube, internet enabled smart TVs.
Beautiful office, with desk, screen, wireless keyboard and mouse, air-conditioning.
Parking on the property for up to 3 cars.

Main suite:
Bedroom with view on garden and pool. Direct access to terrace with spa and to garden. En-suite bathroom with bath, double shower, and WC. Dressing room. Internet-TV. Up to 2 guests.

Duplex suite:
Living room with huge window. Bedroom on the mezzanine, accessed by a very unique wooden stair. Unit with its own entrance, and connected to the house as well. Private bathroom with shower & WC. Kitchen corner with fridge, cooking plate, coffee machine and boiler. Internet-TV. Own terrace with dining area and garden beds. Up to 2 guests.

Family and friends suite:
On the first floor, area with 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with two single beds) and one bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Internet TVs in two of the rooms.

Guest Access:
Just ring the bell :-)
Before entering the property each person will be registered and a valid ID of each person is required.
The guest that booked the property needs to agree our house rules and sign the check-in form.

Please prepare yourselves to make the check-in procedure as smooth as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Countless activities are possible in and around Cape Town. Outdoor adventures in the mountains or at the see, cultural events, art exhibitions, … also great experiences of dining, wine tasting, ...

Getting Around:
Secured and gated parking on site up to 3 cars.

Other Things to Note:
We offer you an individually tailor made service. We can offer you breakfast at an extra price.

At the heart of our concept, you will have a full time butlering service. It is up to you to decide how intensively you want to involve our dedicated staff to assist you during your stay. It is included, no extra cost.

They will maintain the place clean and neat, and perform usual housekeeping. On top of that you can ask him/her assistance whenever you need. He may for instance help you to cook under your supervision, set the table, prepare breakfast, go shopping groceries at the mall and fill up the fridge, do your laundry and iron your clothes, pack and unpack, wake you up with coffee or tee, open and close the pool or spa, prepare a picnic, … you decide!
And everything with smile and passion about making your stay a great experience. Our great and trustful team lives in a separate area. They are discrete and will fully respect your privacy. No disturbance, just assistance when you need.

In addition, we can organize for you any customized extras like breakfast, chauffeur, excursions, guided sightseeing, yoga lessons, professional cook, tailor… all for a reasonable price (not included in the rate).
