I’ve been Customer there for many years. It’s gonna be my last time staying at Aqua Beach the management it’s insane a book a room on Expedia based on the pictures they have I didn’t get that wrong. We speak with the manager she has there to say where did you get these pictures? I say on my booking on Expedia. here you can see yourself this is what I book in the room I get is not the same. I like to have a room that I book she has nerve to say well. These pictures are not from our hotel. I said to her is this my confirmation number you check me in how is that? She still looking through the computer and then says oh this is our hotel. This is what you get say no ma’am this is not what I book. She told me call Expedia and I did. She she knew that Expedia has different pictures, but the hotel never update them with Expedia. She knew she was wrong, but she didn’t care. I never get the room my book she tried to change the pictures on Expedia website and I I was stored by Expedia agents. They try to apply a new pictures. The Expedia called the hotel and the manager name. Yadi simply hang up the phone on the Expedia agent. I tried to look for another rooms in the area, but they didn’t have nothing available for four or more days so I didn’t have choice to stay there whatever I get just be careful when you book the room in aqua Beach hotel at wild Woods crest
