Our newly renovated one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and combines modern comfort with a true Cape May waterfront experience. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a weekend on the water, or a relaxing beach vacation, this is a place where you can settle in, slow down, and enjoy everything Cape May has to offer.

THE SPACE

The condo features a comfortable, newly renovated interior designed to give you a relaxing home base during your Cape May stay.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, while the living area provides additional sleeping space for up to two guests.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and enjoying a casual breakfast or dinner at the condo.

ENJOY THE WATERFRONT

One of the best parts of staying here is being able to enjoy the waterfront right at the property.

During the seasonal outdoor amenity season, guests can enjoy access to:

• Paddle boards
• Bicycles
• Waterfront dock
• Fishing from the waterfront
• Fire pit
• BBQ/grill area
• Outdoor seating

**Seasonal amenities are available approximately from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are shared with other guests/property residents. Availability may vary based on weather, conditions and property operations.**

FISHING: Fishing is available from the property. Guests must bring their own fishing rods, gear, bait and tackle. Fishing equipment is not provided.

Grab a kayak or paddle board and get out on the water, enjoy some fishing, relax around the fire pit, or hop on a bike and explore Cape May.

For the dedicated boater, there are boat slips available for an additional fee; shore power and water is included.

EXPLORE CAPE MAY

The location makes it easy to experience both the waterfront and everything that makes Cape May such a special destination.

Spend the morning at the beach, ride your bike into town, browse the shops and restaurants, visit the Washington Street Mall, explore Cape May's historic district, or simply spend the afternoon enjoying the harbor.

At the end of the day, come back, relax by the water, and watch the boats and sunset.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the condo and the shared outdoor amenities available during the seasonal outdoor season.

Outdoor amenities are shared with other guests/property residents and are generally available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Please enjoy the shared spaces respectfully and follow any posted property and safety guidelines.

PARKING

One designated parking space is provided for guests.

The maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Children 13 years of age or older are welcome.

Kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and other outdoor amenities are seasonal and shared. They are generally available from Memorial Day through Labor Day and may be unavailable due to weather, safety conditions or other circumstances.

Outdoor amenities are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at the guest's own discretion. Please use appropriate safety equipment and follow all applicable local rules and regulations.
