Please Note:

• The pool heater does not run from May-October

• The home is located on a peaceful waterfront canal, creating a beautiful backdrop for your stay. The canal is Gulf access; however, there is no dock, boat lift, or tie-up, and boats or other watercraft cannot be accommodated at the property.

• Guests are welcome to enjoy the waterfront views, relax along the seawall, or fish from shore; the owner has provided fishing poles, you will need to purchase your own bait

• Additional amenities include bed linens, pool, bath & beach towels; complimentary washer & dryer; driveway parking

• The TVs in the main living area and lanai have digital antennas for local channels; they, along with all other TVs all have streaming Apps. Guests must provide logins for subscription-based programming

• The purchase of propane for the grill or fire table is the responsibility of the guest, if needed

• This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; local quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced

• No pets allowed

• No smoking anywhere on the property

• No parties or events permitted; no overnight guests beyond maximum capacity

• Exterior security cameras located at front entry and lanai

• Approx 17 miles to Fort Myers Beach

• Approx 23 miles to SW Florida International Airport

• Minimum rental age is 25



As with all homes in Southwest Florida's subtropical climate, occasional insects or geckos may make an appearance despite routine pest control. This is a normal part of the Florida environment and does not constitute a cleanliness issue or grounds for a refund.
