Even at first sight, Villa Sunset Beach is a true eye-catcher. Shiny, elegant surfaces go hand in hand with bright colors and windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The furniture leaves nothing to be desired, either – starting in the living area. Here, you can relax on a large sofa and enjoy movies on the flat-screen TV. A sound bar provides the right ambience for movie nights.
Villa Sunset Beach features 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms. Each of them is equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. They also come with a sliding door, so you can directly access the pool area or garden. Equally handy: Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional lavatory and a bathtub grace the big master bathroom.
The villa´s kitchen features an open design. It is seamlessly integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space to cook with all your guests. In addition to a large, freestanding kitchen isle, you will find all the appliances that you need: including oven, stove plates, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Of course, there is enough cutlery and dishware for your whole family. A wine-cooler and utensils like coffee machine, toaster and kettle complement the kitchen.
Located in the living area is a dining table with 6 chairs. Up to 8 guests can take a seat in the roofed section of the lanai. BBQ fans will also be happy. The villa boasts an outdoor kitchen with grill, sink and mini fridge. Thanks to the exhaust hood, you can prepare delicious steaks without worrying about the smoke.
Fun for the whole family is guaranteed. The villa´s pool offers plenty of space and electric heating, so you can swim at any weather. Thanks to the Infinity design, it also offers beautiful views of Cape Coral´s canal. Sunbeds and a parasol are available. You want to enjoy hot, bubbling relaxation? Then, you will love the Jacuzzi. Located right next to the pool area is a garden. Simply watch your children play in the sand while you enjoy some R&R in the hammock.
Hobby skippers have every reason to be excited. Not only does the villa feature a modern boat dock with lift. It is also located at the saltwater canal. Only a short boat ride separates you from open waters. This way, you can reach beautiful islands like Sanibel and Captiva in no time.
The villa is located in one of Cape Coral´s most attractive neighborhoods. On the one hand, guests enjoy quiet surroundings and privacy. On the other hand, all important spots in Cape Coral can be reached quickly. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and ALDI are only a 5-minute drive away – just like Del Prado Boulevard with its international restaurants. Or how about shopping in Fort Myers? No problem. 3 miles to the west, you can access the Midpoint Bridge. Of course, there are plenty of things to see and do in Cape Coral. Just drive 2.5 miles to explore the mangrove forests at Four Mile Cove Preserve. In 15 minutes, you will reach Cape Coral´s public beach, and Sun Splash Family Waterpark is just as close. Families with children should not miss the exciting waterslides.

HOUSERULES / FAQ
Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2–4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40–$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.
Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
