Relaxation is the name of the game at Villa Rosa. There are 3 bedrooms: each with darking blinds, closet and their own TV. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. Right next to it, you will find the master bathroom: a true oasis with extra-space, elegant marble tiles, two lavatories and a walk-in shower. Guests can access the pool area directly from the master bedroom: perfect if you want to go swimming without a detour through the house. The other two bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds and share the second bathroom. You still have work to do? No problem. Simply retreat to the villa´s study room.

The kitchen has been seamlessly integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space. This way, all guests can help with the cooking. Oven, stove plates and microwave are available – just like a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and enough dishes and cutlery. Guests can sit on barstools to chat or have a snack. If you want to serve bigger meals, the choice is yours. Take a seat in the elegant dining area – or enjoy your meals outside. A sliding door separates the living room from the lanai. Here, in the roofed section, you will find a dining table with 6 chairs. Or how about barbecues? No problem. You are more than welcome to use the villa´s gas grill.

The pool is a highlight for children and grownups alike. Here, you can swim to your heart´s content while admiring the palm trees and canal outside. Stairs allow for easy access, and if you want to work on your tan, 4 sunchairs are available. Premium relaxation is guaranteed by the Jacuzzi. Join your friends in the bubbling, warm water. There is no better way to end a vacation day in Cape Coral! The pool area features a special enclosure that keeps mosquitos out – so you do not have to worry about unwanted “guests”.

In addition to all these amenities, the villa boasts a premium location. It sits in a quiet, scenic neighborhood while being close to Cape Coral´s most important spots. Grocery shopping is easy, as the supermarkets Publix and Walmart are only 5 minutes away. Alternatively, visit the international restaurants on nearby Pine Island Road. Or do you want to learn more about a Cape Coral specialty? Then, we recommend a tour at the Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery. Guests with children will also love the villa´s location. In 5 minutes, you will reach Sun Splash Family Waterpark and Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park. Water slides, playgrounds, go-karts, minigolf and many other attractions await you. Of course, you can also relax under palm trees. Cape Coral´s public beach is located 9.3 miles to the south: perfect if you like swimming and sunbathing.

HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com

Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40-$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.

Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
