The Space:

Inside the Home:

Step inside and the home feels spacious, comfortable, and designed for groups to settle in rather than simply pass through. The kitchen is a standout, with rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a large center island, and plenty of room for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.



The three bedrooms each have their own personality. The primary is especially spacious, with a large bed, rich wood furnishings, ceiling fan, and a generous mirrored closet area. The second bedroom feels warm and private with dark wood furnishings and playful artwork. The third gives the group added flexibility with two separate twin beds and its own TV.



Then there are the spaces that turn the house into more than just somewhere to sleep. The game area gives you a pool table and foosball for nights at home, while the dedicated gym means you can still get a workout in between pool days and dinners out.

A large covered portion of the lanai runs alongside the pool, with ceiling fans overhead, outdoor dining, a grill, and plenty of room to spread out without ever really leaving the water behind. Lunch can turn into an afternoon swim. An afternoon swim can turn into drinks by the pool. Before long, someone is firing up the grill and nobody has any reason to move inside. And when you finally do, the pool table and foosball are waiting.



Getting Around:
