Villa Sunshine Escape is located in the center of beautiful SW Cape Coral. A Publix grocery store, a Walmart, multiple great restaurants and bars, a Target, a CVS, a Walgreens, a weekly farmers market, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and multiple beautiful parks and marinas are just a few minutes away by car.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information you need for your arrival. We will also arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

The warm light, the view over the pool, and the tastefully picked furniture and decoration put you in vacation mode as soon as you enter this beautiful home. The awesome huge patio with its multiple dining and sitting areas, the lounge chairs, the great BBQ, and of course the stunning pool, invites you to spend most of your days outside, enjoying the sun, life and your friends and family.

Relish your morning coffees poolside, take in our Florida rays, take the kayaks out for a spin through our milelong canals, relax in the heated pool, or just enjoy reading a book or listen to some music. It can’t get much better than this.

The dream kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the necessities you need to cook your favorite dishes. The open floorplan allows you to enjoy your company while preparing your meals or drinks.

And let’s not forget the coffee bar for our coffee lovers. Offering a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker.

The luxurious master suite has everything you need and more. It offers a king size bed and a big walk-in closet, a flat screen TV and a direct access to the lanai. In the attached spacious master bedroom, you will find a great walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and a make-up station.

One guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, the other one has a great twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed on the bottom.

The third bedroom has a queen-size pull-out bed as well as a desk. It can be used as an office or as a bedroom.

Please note: The owners allow 1 non-shed dog up to 40 lbs. – No cats – The dog needs to be pre-approved and a pet fee of $80 may apply.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees on your arrival. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
