This newly renovated home has everything that you need to wine & dine by the pool or spend the day at the beach, conveniently located less than one mile from Publix, Cape coral parkway & Cape harbor marina where you can enjoy numerous shopping, dining & live music options such as 239 Prime, Lobster lady, Overtime Sports Pub, Rum Runners, Fathoms, The Oyster Bar, Boat Rentals, Dolphin Watch Tours. Note: All bedrooms, the family room and lanai are equipped with 4K Smart Televisions.

Your fur baby is welcome with a paid pet fee of $129.00, 2 dogs max. We provide a large dog bed, treats and a feeding station for your 4-legged friend.

The entire home is yours to use during your scheduled stay During your stay.  Your host will be available 8am-8pm in person or via phone-text to address any questions or guest needs.

Some things to note before you arrive: The pool is heated FREE of charge for all guests. The water temperature ranges between 83-86 degrees. Due to this being an outdoor pool, the temperature may fluctuate depending on the current weather conditions. If the air temperature is cold, the pool may lose heat overnight and not hold our standard set of 83 degrees. If this happens, there is nothing that the host can do to change the temperature of the water. The pool pump and heating system are set to run for 8-10 hours during the day.

Limited complimentary essentials are available for guests to use throughout your stay! These will include coffee, snacks, dog treats, cleaning supplies, propane, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and garbage bags. These are limited essentials so guests planning for longer stays or those in larger groups may need to restock as needed. 

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties & large gatherings are not allowed. Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside of the home.
