This bright and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfectly located near the water and Rotary Park, on a quiet street just one street from the Caloosahatchee River, where a sunset stroll along the water is the perfect way to end the day. It's the ideal base for outdoor adventures and laid-back Florida living. Hop on one of the provided bikes for a morning ride, spend the day lounging by the private heated pool, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets over the palm trees.

Inside, the open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for home-cooked meals or evening cocktails before heading out to one of Cape Coral’s fabulous waterfront restaurants. Whether you’re here for boating, beach days, or total relaxation, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal fun.

–Good to Know–
• Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum $250 per stay (no cats, please). Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a dog.
• Dedicated parking for 2 cars.
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• The pool is heated. During unusually cold weather, extra pool heating is available for $35 per day to keep the pool at a comfortable 78–82°F. Because the heat pump loses efficiency when it's below about 50–60°F outside, water temperature may vary during colder periods.
