This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

Manatee Cove features unique décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bedroom in addition to two queen size bedrooms.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. The living room features 2 reclining chairs as well as a couch that reclines for comfortable TV watching.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations on the island which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
