A very short distance to Pine Island Rd. and Santa Barbara will take you to any location within minutes. Sun Splash Waterpark, Mini Golfing, Bowling to just name a few entertainment items, there are tons of stuff to do to excite the entire family. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. Shopping and Restaurants are just a quick 3 min drive.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, forty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious lake design with a great floor plan and double front doors that once entering will give you great views of the pool and lake when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its amazing views to the pool area and water there is plenty of sitting room for conversations at the center island. There is a large dining area that sits next to the kitchen with water views.
The living room has a couch and love seat as well as two reclining chairs and views that face the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, watching the kids play in the pool.
There is a seawall and a boat dock dock for canal fishing or kayak docking. The home is located on one of the widest lake parts in Cape Coral.
