The fully equipped kitchen offers beautiful views over the pool area and the river. Centrally located just in front of the kitchen, a stylish pool table invites you to enjoy fun and friendly competition. The villa also features free high-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TV, Netflix (via your own account), and a SONOS sound system.

The home includes three bedrooms - two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. Two bedrooms offer direct access to the pool area. There are also three modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and WC.

Boat rental is optional and highly recommended. Thanks to the direct riverfront location, you can reach the stunning offshore islands of Sanibel and Captiva in no time. Explore secluded beaches, go shelling, or dock at one of the many waterfront restaurants for a relaxing lunch.
