Escape from everyday life and enjoy the luxury of an upscale resort. Villa Barefoot Oasis was built in 2021 and is furnished very bright and modern. It is located in SW Cape Coral and features a large, heated canal pool and patio with a beautiful outdoor area where you can soke up the Florida sun all year round.

Sip a sunset cocktail under the large porch, try your luck fishing at the canal, watch your favorite movie on the 75" 4K TV or show your competitive side playing ping pong.

Inside the home, you'll find the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a waterfall island with additional seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Ninja® blender and a Keurig® coffee maker with a starter pack of assorted pods. The dining area offers an unobstructed view of the pool and canal and has a dining table for 6.

From the living room, the 8 ft high extended sliding doors offer stunning views to the patio and pool area. This room features high-end furniture, including a modern and comfortable leather corner couch, a leather recliner and a 75' 4k UHD TV for all your streaming favorites. Enjoy high-speed internet throughout the home and outside on the lanai.

The large covered lanai with ceiling fans features an outdoor living room with a comfortable couch and chairs surrounding the fire table. The outdoor dining table and luxury propane grill are available for all your cooking needs. The large pool terrace offers additional seating with 4 lounge chairs along the pool and a ping pong table. The poolside bathroom is easily accessible from the outdoor area. Pool floats, pool towels, lounge chairs, an umbrella and two coolers are ready for you to use.

All three bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The master bedroom has an 8 ft high patio door that leads directly to the veranda, offering fantastic views of the pool and canal. This room features a luxurious king size mattress by Purple®, a 60" 4k UDH TV and a walk-in closet that leads into a huge private bathroom. The bathroom features a double rain-shower, soaking tub, as well as a double sink.

The second bedroom also offers views of the pool and canal and is furnished with a queen-size Purple® mattress and a 43-inch 4K UHD TV and has an attached bathroom with shower. A hairdryer can be found in each bathroom.

The third bedroom has also a queen bed and a 43-inch 4K UHD TV. Cable TV via Xfinity is available on all four TVs. If you need to get some work done, a desk with printer is available. For our smallest guests, a baby crib and high chair are available. You will also find board games in the house.

The double garage (with soft-touch garage door opener) and the spacious circular paver driveway offer plenty of room for your cars. Villa Barefoot Oasis has the latest smart home technology with Alexa Show in the kitchen and master bedroom so you can use voice control e.g. to lock the front door, play the music genre of your choice, control lights and adjust the thermostat.

This home is close to many fantastic restaurants, beaches and attractions. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the fishing village of Matlacha or the luxurious Cape Harbour Marina with its restaurants and stores. In less than 20 minutes you can reach the Yacht Club Marina and the beach, in 35 minutes Fort Myers Beach and in 45 minutes beautiful Sanibel Island. With our modern rental boats you can easily reach Matlacha, Pine Island and the beautiful beaches of Captiva Island or Costa Caya. You may even see dolphins along the way.

If you're looking for more adventure, enjoy the day at Sun Splash Family Waterpark or a miniature golf course. If you want to head to sparkling Vanderbilt Beach in Naples for the day, that's less than an hour away. Tropical Breeze amusement park is less than 10 minutes away. For day trips, Universal Studios or Disney World in Orlando are great options. Both are less than three hours away. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport are about 35 minutes away.
