Outstanding Vacation Rental
This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!

Perfect size for two adults and a small dog
This property suited us perfectly in size. The condo is clean and very well stocked with all of our basic needs for indoor and outdoor activities. We were very comfortable having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer-dryer and a very well stocked kitchen. The owner and property manager were responsive and attentive to issues and resolved them immediately. We would stay here again even though there are thousands of properties available. It had everything we needed for our little visit in Cape Coral.

Lovely place....
This is the cleanest property we've ever stayed at and no details missed for amenities. The property manager Jesse was very responsive and helpful. I had to bother him on Christmas day because we an internet issue and he was very gracious about it. We would definitely stay there again. Other than the internet issue; everything was perfect.

Awesome property!
This condo was exactly as advertised. The condo is beautiful and decor is spot on for a coastal property. The owner provides a stock of items so you won’t need to purchase anything but groceries. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The added benefit of bicycles was much appreciated as we did not have a car. We arrived an hour early, although we didn’t request an early check in the owner’s housekeeping staff finished quickly to allow us access. Also, Brian who works for the owner was present and gave us a lot of local info and tips. Brian also informed the owner we didn’t have a car so Jesse offered to bring better bikes than were at the condo but they were fine for us. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you Jesse for an amazing property!

Perfect Villa in Cape Coral
Where do I start? My husband and I booked this villa for a weeks vacation. We have never been to the area. The villa exceeded our expectations. The inside is beautiful and immaculately clean- I am a bit of a clean freak so I can be leary of renting places, but let me tell you it is spotless clean! Cute beach decor everywhere, comfy couches and beds. The owners thought of everything that a person might need. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and there is also a grill. We didnt cook though because there are a ton of restaurants and food places nearby to try. There is a dock in the back overlooking the river and a cute tiki hut to relax under. There is a nice pool to swim in. There are kayaks and bikes provided, along with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and more. The location is excellent. You are literally near a ton of restaurants,shops, grocery stores, bars. Just a short drive from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island,which are both amazing beaches to visit, among many other nearby attractions. The owner is very friendly and easy to contact, and provides great recommendations for the area. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay, so if you are considering it, you wont regret it. We hope to go back next year.

Great to be on the canal
We loved this place as I saw a dolphin, manatee and we did a bunch of fishing. There were a ton of extra things to do like board games, bikes, kayaking and fishing rods all available to use. We had a great relaxing time away by the water. The host was very attentive anytime we texted to ask him a question

Great place on canal
The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Jesse had a tackle box and fishing rods for my son to fish off the dock. Pool was great and the location on the canal was very peaceful. Jesse could not have been any more attentive, both with our questions before the trip and throughout our stay. His wife even ran to Costco to get 2 more beach chairs and he ordered a beach tent online and expedited its delivery! Great place, great owner, great vacation! Thanks, Jesse!

Jesse has a beautiful, large Villa right on the canal! With its own boat slip and tiki area..he has kayaks, cruiser bikes, umbrellas, beach, chairs, towels, suntan lotion, bug spray.. kitchen items, these are higher end items..he went above, and beyond, making sure that all the little extras were taken care of which was greatly appreciate it! He messaged a few times to make sure that we got in ok, and that all of our needs were met. It’s in a great location with Venice Beach, Punta Gorda and Sanibel Island all about an hour away. The beaches are gorgeous, great food all around, as well as entertainment! Very friendly people! Will definitely be back and highly recommended!

Awesome Place
Had a wonderful stay here. Jesse has thought of everything to make one”s stay so easy including beach towels- chairs- and umbrella. The kayaks were so much fun on the canal- the scenery lovely. Very quiet location and close to grocery and many beaches. The attention to detail is noticed by all the nautical decorations ❤️ would definitely stay there again!

The Sanctuary of Peace
We sat on the porch and watched sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins on one evening. The condo was so “beach” decorated, perfect for vacation. We borrowed some beach towels and beach chairs and a beach mat, which were offered among many other items for our use. We had one unfortunate thing happen with a pop up tent thingy. I swear when I opened the bag the tent popped right out of the bag. We tried so very much to get it back in the bag to no avail. Jesse was a perfect host. We will be back for sure.

Great place as advertised.
Jesse is a great host. He made some last minute accomodations that made our stay perfect. Jesse reached out to make sure we didn't need anything or have any questions. Jesse also gave us some great tips on places to go and things to do. The rental is super clean and in a fantastic location right on the canal. The tiki hut and huge deck was fantastic and gave us to get some sun or just relax in the shade. I been vacationing in this area for 20 years and this was by far the best experience.

Excellent Canal Front Villa!
It was such a pleasant surprise to find this exceptional rental property located on the Rubicon canal (widest in Cape Coral)! We found this unit to be clean, well appointed, cleverly decorated in a nautical/beach theme. It had everything we needed and particularly enjoyed sitting on the lanai and outdoor deck watching dolphins and other large schools of fish swim up and down the canal. The owner, Jesse, was very responsive and helpful on anything we asked. He even helped us arrange a charter boat that picked us up on our dock and took us on a tour and over to Pine Island for lunch. This rental exceeded our expectations and we have already reserved it again for next year!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME VACATION CONDO!!!
I typically look for beach front rentals in Florida. As this was a sisters trip to recharge before the school year & celebrate Fall birthdays, I opted for a canal view rental as my little sister does not swim. She wanted to sightsee & visit beaches to watch the sunset. This condo did not dissapoint! Very clean. Well appointed. Tasteful decor. I always take a thorough inventory of what is available & then purchase a few items at The Dollar Tree to be prepared for meal prepping (aluminum foil, storage bowls, cutting board, serving utensils, dish cloths, etc...).....First time in years that I did not have to. Outside of groceries we only needed laundry detergent. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices, quality dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cookware, cutlery, utensils & storage bowls. Lots of cleaning goodies. Truly appreciated the white vinegar for cleaning fresh fruits & veggies. Ample trash bags & sandwich bags. Could have used some baking sheets for roasting veggies but opted to make them out of four layers of heavy duty aluminum foil & it worked like a charm. There is a washer & dryer. For the beach / pool there are two low level beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach backpack, small cooler, pop up beach tent (one person can sit completely protected from the sun.....we used it to cover our beach bags & cooler), floating boards & beach mat. Beds are comfortable. Ample linens & extra pillows. Paper products to get you started.....We always purchase extra on our grocery run. The back patio enclosure has a dining table, four chairs & offers a beautiful view of the Calabar Canal West. It also allows for you to see the sunrise & sunset without venturing outside if it's too humid. Pool is very convenient via steps & a ramp along the back canal walkway. While there is a locked door to the enclosed patio, it only locks from the inside. If you plan on being in the pool / out back for a while I recommend leaving via the front door for security purposes. There is a grill. Along the canal walkway there is a gazebo that sits over the canal - opposite the pool. It has a dining table with six chairs & extra chairs for enjoying the view. The condo offers a true small beach town / beach house / Venice vibe while being only a few minutes drive from convenience / retail amenities. Beaches are within a ten minute to 1.5 hour drive.....Research for your preferred beach amenities. Jesse was a great host! We will return!

The perfect birthday getaway!
Everything about this condo was perfect! I've looked around and fo not see a thing thats lacking. Checking in was a breeze, communication with Jesse great. We also rented a pontoon for several days. Great place to stay!
Property was just like the photos. Place was clean and the beach decorations were spot on. The screened in lanai was right on the canal and great to watch the boats during the day or night. We were on the ground floor with a condo above us but didn’t hear a thing. It was very quiet during the day and after dark. The landscape made it feel like we were the only ones around sitting on the lanai. Great amenities in the condo with cable. Loved being able to do my laundry for free since there is a washer/dryer combo. And the best part, no stripping the beds etc when we checked out. We just had to put the key in the lockbox and drive away. I would recommend this rental as you won’t be disappointed.

Great Experience!
We had a wonderful two week stay here in Cape Coral. The condo has nice newer updates and is beautifully decorated throughout. It was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Great porch view of the canal and a great dockside lounge area. It’s great visiting with the other vacationers who come from many different states. The hosts were outstanding and very helpful. We highly recommend this vacation spot for a wonderful vacation.

Dogs would give it a thumbs up if they had thumbs
We stayed with our 2 little dogs. Extremely quiet and relaxing. Great canal view. The dogs tried out their new life preservers and did a little swimming in the canal. The home was very clean and neat. Would be comfortable for up to 4 people. Appliances were quite new. Cabana was outstanding. Great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning.

Great Villa
Great villa in a quiet neighborhood. The place is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Comfortable furniture and beds.
