Beautiful spot
This place was perfect! You can’t beat the views on the water. Sunrise is beautiful and we were treated to some swimming dolphins one morning. You also get to wave hello to many boats that pass you by. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Thank you Darcy!

Pleasant Stay.
Our vacation was very laid back and chill. The house was clean and organized. The view is spectacular. We were unable to use the pool as it’s under repair, but we were not planning on using it so it was not a big deal for us. Spacious and inviting. Would book again.

Nails in the pool / no AC - NO REFUND
Upon arrival the AC was not working and the pool was filled with roofing nails, flys, a copper wire, a bunch of leaves, and a pool chair. By the time the AC was fixed we were halfway done with the trip. The owner was not willing to give any money back. 86 degrees in the house and no pool. The contract says AC and a pool, there were neither on the first day and we received no money back. Pool was cleaned the second day and the AC was fixed 48hrs into vacation. Owner not willing to move on price whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

Thank you for the time to share your experience with us. We would like to clarify that we had a technician on-site within 40 minutes of being notified of the AC issue, as we take the comfort of our guests very seriously. Upon being informed of nails in the pool, Maintenance arrived early morning the next day and swept the pool and pool deck with a magnet and did not find any nails, other than the roll of nails you found. It may have dropped from a contractor working. The pool is professionally cleaned and serviced weekly. Please know that we have taken steps to address all the issues.

Relaxing get-away
Fantastic and surreal water view; this made it very easy to relax. Clean house, and well stocked. Responsive and great communication with owner. He provided good restaurants and entertainment suggestions in the area. Will likely rent this house again if visiting this area. Thank you for a great visit!

This beautiful home had everything we needed. I was in a quiet neighborhood, which I loved. We had fun, but a relaxing time. We went fishing, only catfish is what we caught. Overall our stay here I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Getaway weekend
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the grill was dirty… it wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t planning on using it! And some of the screening around the pool area was torn! Very minor things! The house is absolutely beautiful! That view is priceless! Serenity now! 😁

We will notify the cleaners about the grill and check it after each renter. Contractors are doing work around the pool area to improve the decking and the screens are on the list. We are happy you enjoyed your stay at our home.

Terrible start! View is amazing.
We got in around dinner time after a long day of traveling. We decided to get to be bed around ten after being exhausted. There was this terrible noise that got louder every minute or so on some sort of cycle. It was miserable and we were unable to find out why in the dark. None of us slept at all that first night. We thought it might be the AC and tried shutting it off. Didn't work. It finally stopped somewhere around 4 AM. but started back up the next day. We finally figured out the pool was very low, very cold and this was causing issues with the pump and heater on a timer. My husband spent a few hours filling it and that resolved that issue. This definitely should not have been our responsibility. We felt as though we lost a day and a half. At some point the next day or day after, a woman came in and walked through the screened in porch from the outside. She checked the pool. I was thankful my kids were not out there. Owner maybe? Why wouldn't someone just knock at the front door first? The many remotes for the tv are a bit confusing. One sliding door is very very difficult to open. It would be nice to have a lamp on the night stand instead of only the main light in one of the bedrooms. The view, location and block are great. We decided to go for a bike ride one morning, but that was a no as well. I believe only one bike is usable. The others have flat tires and are in poor condition. So much for that! The trash can outside next to the garage has no lid. The flies and other bugs around it were a bit annoying. Overall, this wasn't a relaxing trip.

Excellent Spot for a Relaxing Getaway
We were only able to spend a few days here, but every day was incredible. It’s only a short drive to the beaches from here, and when the weather wasn’t great on the beach because of high winds, we must headed back and hopped in the heated pool. The house is very clean and well-furnished. All the appliances are up-to-date and work perfectly. The garage is stocked with beach supplies, so don’t worry about hauling your wagon or chairs or umbrellas from home. The only sad part was that we had to leave so soon and that we didn’t see any manatees. Maybe next time!

Was very nice and clean
We had a great time during our stay. Beds were amazingly comfortable (I’d like to know where I could purchase one as comfy). House was very clean and had many “extras”. Only thing we weren’t happy with was the living room furniture - couple recliners didn’t seem to work quite right and made some loud noises. Other than that everything was very good. For the price it was very well worth it.

The house was as expected. It was very pretty and had a great view. I rated 5 stars for cleanliness, but there were some stains on the walls in the kids rooms, the blankets had an odd smell (I’m thinking it’s just a water difference), but this can’t be held against the owners as they pay folks to do these things. Communication was super easy, the location is good, kids loved the pool and the pool/ping pong combo table. It was a very relaxing trip despite a tornado touching down 4 miles away lol. Would visit the property again. The only thing I feel like mentioning is if you plan to use the boat lift be sure to mention this to the owners as there no spot to pay for it on VRBO checkout and there is a fee for it.

This house was perfect, the view of the water nothing beats it, even saw the water from outside before entering the house, the host was very nice and and helpful he answered my calls every time and helped with anything I needed. Peaceful paradise!
Peaceful paradise! This property is lovely. The view from the patio is fantastic looking out over the lake. The pool was beautiful and sparkling clean and we enjoyed spending most of our time in the water or sunning on the deck. The bedrooms were all nice, the beds very comfortable. The kitchen has anything you might need to prepare your meals there so that you don’t have to go out. The TV streaming was a little bit of a challenge to figure out at first but once we mastered the remote, there was a great selection of channels to watch after a long day out in the sun. We never got around to playing pool but we had a couple of fierce games of ping-pong! This is a very nice vacation house for a family that just wants to spend a couple of days hanging out together and bonding!

To say that the property is beautiful is an understatement. It was the most peaceful vacation I’ve ever had but close to anything you might want to do. We had no issues at all the owners made sure were welcome in the home and that we had everything we needed. It was everything we look for in a stay, quiet, clean, and beautiful. I’ve used Vrbo several times but this was our best experience by far with the home and owners! Perfect in every way! We will be back for sure!

The views were amazing! And the property looked just like in the pictures. We did catch a lot of catfish and even made it a competition who caught more so that was fun. Dolphins were spotted a couple of times! Absolutely loved my time here

Mother's Day getaway
My husband and I asking with our friend treated my mom to a weekend getaway for her bday and Mother's Day. The Home was exactly as the photos featured. We had a great time. Only drawback was the pool table did not work and there were no ping pong balls for the table. Very disappointing but the host was gracious and very accommodating. We would rent again.
