The Riverhouse Queen is located at Cape Coral's Gold Coast directly on the Caloosahatchee River. This exclusive domicile has a big electric heated pool. At the spacious lanai, there is a freestanding Hot Tub, chaise lounges, and a BBQ-Grill. The villa is equipped with flat TVs, a Washer, a Dryer, Towels, and Linens. The kitchen is fully equipped. KEURIG Coffee Maker, just bring the K-cups of your choice. Amenities: Boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, biking, shopping, swimming, walking the beach, enjoying sunsets, and just relaxing. As for fine dining, we have over 1500 restaurants in the area. For the kids, there is Sun Splash water park, a go-kart track, mini-golf, horseback riding on the edge of the Everglades, and much more. Bush Gardens in Tampa is just 2 hours by car, and Disney World Orlando is 3 to 4 hours by car. Additional charge for 5 people and up (please see Rates and Availability). If you are a bigger party, there is an opportunity to rent 5 vacation homes in a row. A boat lift is currently NOT available.

When we walked in were were absolutely amazed by the view! House is beautiful, and the view even better. Sunrise/sunsets cant be topped! The house was perfect for what we were looking for. There were a few issues with the pool being cold at first, and leaves all over the pool. It was hard to get responses back when we asked about these small issues, but didnt deter our trip.

Overall we had a great time. A couple issues with the hot tub that were disappointing, however the property manager had a repair person out and all was well the next day. Otherwise, everything was as listed and we had a lovely time.

The house is beautiful with an awesome view of the river.

Personally I didn’t like the openness of the master bathroom. I prefer a door or privacy when I am on the commode. I also found the chairs at the bar and around the dining room table uncomfortable for short senior people. The wood chairs that were in the picture would’ve been better. Over all the house is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. We spent 90% of our time on the lanai. Ate all our meals out there It would’ve been helpful if there were instructions on how to operate the TVs I could never find the local channels

The house had amazing views. It was fully stocked with everything you could think of, more than any other VRBO we have stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet when we took a walk every night. Would strongly recommend.

Perfect!

We were 3 couples spending some time in the sun. The house was very well appointed - excellent kitchen. Even though we were on the river, the morning sunrises across the huge expanse of water made me feel like i was at the ocean. The boats motored past the infinity pool all day - lots to look at. The location was amazing - 30 minutes from the airport in a quiet neighborhood but just a mile from Del Prado which was a busy north-south road with restaurants and Publix. We were so utterly content at the house that we did not even go to the beach. Just got the tag end of spring break and Easter so the "Cape" was still pretty lively. We did have an excursion to the Wicked Dolphin rum distillery followed by cuban food. Cannot wait to go back. This house is STUNNING. King beds in 3 bedrooms and a twin room if needed. Diane was easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions before I booked. it was also great to be able to pull the rental car in to the garage.
