The unit:
Park in the covered parking then walk up one flight of steps to this beautifully updated fully tiled unit. You will immediately notice the large living spaces and brightness. GE Café appliances, large kitchen with eating counter and open to the living spaces. Fully equipped with all the furniture and supplies. Large 65” smart TV in Living room, with L-shaped sofa and coffee table. Dining room with expandable table and 6 chairs. Access the 35 ft long screened lanai with pocketing sliding enclosures which includes a large table and a separate sofa sitting area and has sliding panels. The Lanai also has access from the Master suite.
The large Master Bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and large counter. The master is private from the other two bedrooms in a split bedroom plan to add to your privacy. Down the hallway from the dining room, you will have a full bathroom with tub/shower with gold faucets and hardware. Across from that is the large laundry room with stacked full sized GE washer and dryer and a wash sink with 6 ft of counter space.
The two secondary bedrooms both have plenty of space, large closets and queen beds with night stands on both sides. In the closets are all the necessities of a wonderful stay including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sheets, towels, beach towels and even a boom box for some tunes.
The unit overlooks the canal where you have a boat slip. You can also sit outside, relax and fish with waterfront access from the lanai side of the unit via a staircase. There is a paver walkway to the pool area that has been recently refreshed. This area also has a grill to use if you want to grill your dinner or fresh catch.

Location
Condo Eden is an easy walk to South Cape that is loaded with restaurants, shops, salons, bars, Saturday Farmers market and a host of events that Cape Coral sponsors throughout the season. Skip the parking and leave your car at home; walk or ride the two provided bikes.
Other notes
This unit is non-smoking and sorry, but no pets are allowed per condo rules. Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise down, especially during evening hours. Only one person needs to be 55+ years old to rent our unit. You must be able to pass a background check and condo application. This also helps protect our clients and keep you safe. There is a $100 application fee.
