With multiple living spaces and bedrooms spread throughout, everyone can enjoy their own private retreat while still sharing time under one roof.

And best of all, you’re just a quick 5-minute walk from the sand and surf, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We provide keyless entry with a secure digital lock and personalized code, making check-in simple and convenient. Your code will be active for the duration of your stay.

Exploring the area is easy with Uber and Lyft available locally, plus plenty of nearby parking for those driving. The beach and local shops are within walking distance, while biking is also a popular way to get around Cocoa Beach. For day trips, Port Canaveral and other attractions are just a short drive away.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
