This beautiful 4 bedroom (plus flex space room), 3 full bath 1,800sq ft home offers panoramic sunset views over Canyon Lake! Convenient location provides a great home base location to access all the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Relax on our two decks, or go explore the area with all it has to offer! Spacious enough for large groups but cozy enough for smaller groups of 2-6 people to enjoy without feeling overwhelmed. Book now before dates fill up!

KITCHEN:
Our stocked kitchen includes large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip, but bring your own coffee & sweeteners), ice maker, toaster, blender and of course a disposal! If you prefer to grill, you will enjoy a Blackstone style griddle grill (propane) with views of the lake. We provide basic salt, pepper, oil, and a few seasonings, but please bring any special or specific items you wish to use.

UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM:
50’’ Roku Smart TV. Queen sleeper sofa, conversational chairs. Living room opens to the kitchen bar area with 2 barstool seats, and table for 6 in the adjacent dining room.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM / FLEX SPACE
Great for family groups with children who would like their own play space or for larger groups, the downstairs living area provides it’s own space with 50’’ Smart TV, two queen sleeper sofas, game or dining table for 4, full bathroom, and laundry area with plenty of space for our 2 premium queen blow up mattresses. The 4th bedroom is adjacent to this space downstairs.

Guest Access:
You will have full & private access to the entire home (both downstairs and upstairs). There are NO shared spaces with other guests. Self check-in via Smart Lock access code. We have an emergency lockout line for guest with access issues. Please contact us if you are having an issue entering the property and we will promptly assist you! We do have physical backup keys at the property in case of power outages / WIFI issues / lock malfunctions.

Lake Get Away

We had a brief time to get away from our busy lives and enjoy this beautiful home with a fantastic lake view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio the most, although the hot tub came in a close second! Would come back to this property in a heartbeat. It had the perfect amount of space, everyone had a bedroom and my daughters, a shared bath. It was an extremely comfortable place with great amenities.

Best view!

The view was even better in person, and keep in mind the lake happened to be dried up! Lots of supplies such as toilet paper were given, and I really appreciate this being mentioned in the cabin's description! I feel as though pictures didn't do the place justice. The bottom floor has its own bathroom, couch/living area, and dining area. Having the two floors allowed for additional privacy. The hot tub was amazing and had a great view too! My only complaint would be the noise detectors as we triggered an automated message telling us we were too loud. We were all inside and did have music playing which we turned down significantly, yet we were sent out another message and ended up becoming paranoid and just all went to bed. Overall great stay!

GREAT SUNSET

This house was located in a great neighborhood. We saw plenty of deer each day. The sunsets from the deck where absolutely beautiful. The house was pretty small though. The family area such as living room and kitchen were actually smaller then I thought they'd be. The rooms were also small. Unfortunately, the boat ramp near the house was closed so we had to drive about 35 minutes to one of the only boat ramps open in Canyon Lake, #18. Overall it was a great stay.

Fantastic Property

The properties are not very close together so even if you’re outside you still have a great bit of privacy. Amazing amazing view of the lake and overall area. The beds are super comfortable, absolutely amazing house, 10/10. WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN!!!

Peaceful and Comfortable

My wife and I enjoyed our private getaway. The home is comfortable and clean. The deck and views are wonderful. It felt secluded and private. We could have easily hosted a large family or several couples and been comfortable. It is a short drive from groceries and restaurants. There was plenty to see close by. We went on numerous hikes with our dog. We would definitely go back to the area and this rental. Thank you to the hosts!

Great view and awesome place to stay

This lake house was great! Awesome to see deer in the morning when you are drinking coffee! Caution driving in because wildlife has the right of way lol. Didn’t use the hot tub but it was available. Comfortable with large balcony and seating. Perfect size for large groups. We would def stay again, price was reasonable. We had a blast even if it was for one night.

Amazing sunset from the upper deck. House was just as photos show & description on listing. We had an amazing time here, fully stocked kitchen, great Comal Park access, and close by other fun amenities like water parks and restaurants
