This is a second story suite in the back building. You have a private back balcony and access to the shared backyard space.

Reservations include first come, first serve access to three SUP boards, two kayaks, and two adult bicycles. Both electric and hand held pumps for SUP boards are provided, along with life jackets and paddles.

While the property does not have direct private lake access, there are several convenient access points within our neighborhood. We are happy to provide personalized recommendations for nearby spots or other lake access points in the area, ensuring you make the most of your lakeside experience. Although we are a pet friendly property, neither the front or back yards are fully fenced in and there is an additional one time pet fee of $50.
