We had a late check-in and drove to the property. Upon arrival, there was nobody at the office. A note on the door provided a number to call. We were not able to make contact with anyone on the phone for 20 minutes. We were finally able to make contact with a representative which took about 10 minutes to check-in via phone and I had to provide my bank information again.
The television did not work. The shower was difficult to work. Small room. The wifi password on the door was not the right password (there was an extra letter and my partner figured it out) Room not updated.
Other than that, stay was ok. We were barely at the hotel during our time.
