This stylish home is designed for making memories. Gather in the spacious living room, or prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large granite island, modern appliances including an induction stove, and everything you need for a great meal.

The fun never stops with multiple game areas! Challenge friends in the garage game room with a round of pool and retro arcade games, or head to the upstairs loft for foosball, a sofa bed, and a collection of board games. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available in the office.

Your private outdoor oasis features a fully fenced backyard with a beautiful lagoon-style natural pond (not for swimming) and a bubbling hot tub with a peaceful garden view. In the evening, fire up the BBQ grill for an alfresco dinner, then gather around the firepit under the stars.

The home has three bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with no door separating it from the rest of the house. The loft provides additional sleeping space and is not a fourth private bedroom.

Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Canyon Lake and the Hill Country. A 2-mile drive to Canyon Lake boat ramp, you'll enjoy sweeping lake views. Take in the beautiful Hill Country scenery, with Canyon Lake visible through the trees—a peaceful lakeside setting that's hard to beat.

Important Information

For your security, the property has exterior-only cameras monitoring the driveway and entrances. No cameras are located inside the home.

We also provide family-friendly touches, including a pack 'n play and a high chair. Pets are welcome!

Bathrooms: two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Maximum occupancy is 12 overnight guests, regardless of the number of beds.

Additional Amenities and House Rules
A Traeger wood-pellet grill, 65-inch smart TVs, surround sound, fast 1,000 Mbps Wi-Fi, central air and heat, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for up to six vehicles are available. The hot tub is available year-round. There is no swimming pool; the pond is not for swimming. Children are welcome. Pets are welcome subject to the listing’s existing pet restrictions and a $200 pet fee per stay. Events, loud parties, smoking, and street parking are not allowed. The primary renter must be at least 25.
