• Extra Guest Policy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 10), a fee of $35 per person, per day applies to cover added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee only applies to guests exceeding 6.
• Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all guests and helps maintain the peace and integrity of the surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: Outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to preserve a peaceful environment for all.
