Das Hotel wirkt in einigen Ecken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so gut gewartet bzw. instandgehalten. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal freundlich. Alles wichtige, sowie der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist mitten im Herzen von Canggu gelegen. Im Zimmer selbst, merkt man aber nicht, dass man im Zentrum ist. Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr lecjeres Frühstück und die Massagen sind hervorragend.

Disappointed - very bad standard
Very disappointed. Pros: - Perfect location - super friendly staff - comfy bed Cons: - Deluxe room was very „used“ and old with a lot of broken furniture - bathroom was very dirty and old! - pool dirty and with view on construction site - air con in the room couldn’t handle the hot days - even though the hotel was rarely booked they charge for a late check out (20% for just 2 hours) - some speakers in the room started to play loud Musik randomly I would recommend to anybody to search something better in canggu. For that price you will get cleaner nicer accommodations easily.

Der Service und das Personal sind super! Die Sauberleitsstandards in den Zimmern entsprechen nicht 100% den deutschen Standards, aber es war ok. Die Lage ist top, wirklich perfekt, man läuft nur wenige Meter zum Strand, direkt neben dem Hotel sind tolle Restaurants und Shops. Ein Hinweis: Das Internet/Wlan ist wirklich sehr sehr schlecht! Und ich spreche hier nicht von Netflix oder ähnlichem. Ich muss beruflich regelmässig Mails beantworten und das war wirklich mehr als mühsam. Für eine Mail hat es manchmal bis zu 5 Minuten gebraucht, da das Wlan immer wieder abgestürzt ist.

5 Minuten vom Strand
Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 5 Minuten vom Strand wo sich alle bekannten Strand Clubs befinden. Die Zimmer sind eigentlich OK, etwas dunkel da nur in einer Richtung ein Fenster bzw. Glastür ist. Das Hotel befindet sich unter Renovierung der Badezimmer, was wirklich dringend notwendig ist. Wasser läuft ab und zu und ab und zu nicht. Die Armaturen in der Dusche Funktionierten gar nicht. Überraschender Weise gab es ein gutes WLAN

20 Days in a dream like...
One of my best experiences ever. Due to the nature of my profession (consultant), I usually stay 5-6 days in hotels like radisson, kempinski and so on. The kirana hotel is regarding the service on equal terms with a Radisson hotel or even a little better. The staff is always super friendly and If you do like small talk, this is a great place to stay. I definitely do recommend this hotel. Especially for its location in canggu which is a lovely hybrid between the real bali and western "standards" although the internet connection speed is ok...

Ruhiges Hotel nicht weit vom Strand
Das Kirana liegt an einer der "Hauptstraßen" von Canggu, was in diesem Kontext nicht negativ verstanden werden sollte. Hier liegen viele Geschäfte und Warungs und man ist die Straße runter in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Das Hotel selbst ist schön eingerichtet, modern mit traditionellen balinesischen Einflüssen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig (a la carte) und man kann zwischen einigen Komponenten wählen. Der Pool ist sauber und lädt nach dem Meer oder einem Tag unterwegs zum Abkühlen ein, ist aber leider auch ein Moskitomagnet (wie überall). Also das Repellent nicht vergessen. Beim Check-in bekommt man auch mitten in der Nacht mit einem Lächeln einen Drink und Gutscheine für eine gratis Fußmassage geschenkt. Diese war wirklich gut, den Rest des SPAs haben wir nicht genutzt. Einziger Minuspunkt war unsere Klimaanlage, die zwischenzeitlich Eis gespuckt hat und sonst getropft hat. Ansonsten ist das Kirana sehr empfehlenswert.

Do not stay there
Die Zimmer sind schimmelig. Man kann den Schimmel im Zimmer an den Wänden und auch im Bad überall sehen. Das Zimmer riecht beim betreten richtig modrig, das kann nicht gesund sein!! Als wir von der Vulkantour zurück kamen war unsere Zimmertür aufgespreizt und und unser Zimmer unbeaufsichtigt. Jeder hätte reingehen, und unsere Sachen nehmen können. Das Personal hat unsere Tür für Reperaturarbeiten geöffnet und unbeaufsichtigt gelassen. Wir haben ausgecheckt und uns eine Unterkunft gesucht die nicht schimmelt. As we arrived we found other peoples food on the groud of our room. The rooms smell like mould (fungus). Thats definitely unhealthy. The bathroom is unclean... there's mould everywhere. As we came back to our room after the volcano tour, we were shocked cause our door was open, the hotel staff opened the door for repairing work and left our open room unattended. Everyone could have walked in and take our stuff. We checked out and sarched for an other hotel.

Ein Highlight in Bali!
Ein kleines, aber sehr gutes und topmodernes Hotel, ca. 500m vom beliebten Surf Spot am Canggu Beach entfernt. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber und fast alle haben Meerblick. Das Team ist sehr engagiert, besonders der sehr herzliche und sympathische Servicechef Pian hat sich kompetent und mit großem Einsatz auch um Gästewünsche gekümmert, die nicht unbedingt nur den Restaurantservice betroffen haben (z.B. Verhandlungen mit Taxifahrern und Organisation diverser anderer Dinge). Das Hotelrestaurant ist ausgezeichnet und sticht in Sachen Frische und Angebotsvielfalt deutlich aus dem inzwischen überwiegend von australischem geprägten Fast Food balinesischen "Einheitsbrei" heraus.

Poor condition, friendly staff
This hotel needs renovation! At least the room we had. The floor covering fell apart. The paint was peeling off the walls. The bathroom was in a very bad condition and everything seemed badly cleaned, including stained towels and dirty curtains. We only stayed for one night. But the staff were very nice and helpful and a plus with 15 minutes of free foot massage and central location.

The location was very ideal (close to shops, the beach, food, etc.). The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying there for short-time and long time stays (we stayed for 7 nights). I highly recommend the Kirana.

Breakfast was okay , the room was good quality the clearing could have been better Super friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It was just absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach shops restaurants, there’s tons of grab scooters if you don’t feel comfortable riding yourself Hotel was super helpful getting us a ride we end up using the same driver for a couple times, since he was so awesome

The staff was very friendly. The room was in terrible shape, but the bed was comfy and the ac worked. We stayed in the suit. The bedroom area is open to the living room. Most of the furniture was damaged (or missing as per the photos). The bathroom sinks somehow both leaked onto the floor and clogged. The towel rack fell off the wall. The bath tap was dangling from the wall. The floors were very damaged. The towels and sheets were not very clean (def not bleached, often had stains). Breakfast was tasty. The pool was a good temperature.

Location was great. Staff were generally helpful. We were staying on the first level by the pool and noticed the clearing of drinks and glasses were not frequent. We noticed uncleared tables outside of our room for up to 14 hours. from evening 7 pm right through to next morning when we left. Other than that, hotel is right opposite Milk and Madu which is great!

I stayed in the penthouse suite, the room appointments were quite frustrating, which is really due to the property being aged. I had a private plunge pool but it never got any so barely used it. I had to use the main pool to lay in the sun, and that pool is situated right in front of the restaurant and reception so you basically lay in your swimsuit directly in front of anyone eating. The bathroom or bedroom hasn’t got power points near the mirror so you can’t use your hair dryer - I had to go in the kitchen and use the tiny mirror behind the kettle. The light switches in the bedroom are by the bed but not close enough to switch off from the bed. The coffee cups in the kitchen were tiny, and no cutlery provided, considering the room comes with a full fridge freezer and dining table was annoying. The staff were great and the location was good but for the price was not worth it. Would not stay again

Var ret skuffede. Gammelt slidt værelse, meget kedelig morgenmad, fir lille område omkring pool. God beliggenhed er det bedste derfor at sige.

We loved our stay at the Kirana Hotel. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, spas and salons. Everyone is very welcoming and the spa services are amazing. We got a free 15 minute foot massage and added a 90 minute Balinese massage and a whole body scrub. The spa services are very affordable and is discounted if you stay at the hotel. The pool is also really nice and is open until 9pm! We loved our stay here and enjoyed the pool a lot after a long day at the beach.

Very convenient location, with lotsa good restaurants around it! Walking distance to the beach! Room is big. The pool is nice to chill as well. Will definitely want to stay here again
